What a teacher should do to become a successful and effective teacher?

My opinion?

'Most' of them are “fed up” with their profession!, being unhappy in school, face both physical and mental stress...or maybe planning to quit! I think many of them are interested in joining other jobs/bisness...

Kesian cikgu sekarang...banyakkan sabar OK...
