Teaching Physics (seminar SPM) NON-STOP for more than 5 hours! Damn tired!!!

OK guys, I tried something today that fit in kuih melayu entry, kuih koleh kacang...

The sweetness of kuih melayu [9]...kuih koleh kacang. Lambat sampai, dah nak abes punnn! hehe...

This traditional kuih melayu made of green bean flour cooked in coconut milk and topped with taik minyak which is the fried coconut cream...I just love the taste!

Today's kuih melayu for my berbuka puasa  is typically known as Malaysian doughnuts,
auwww...donut sangatttttt! hehe...

The sweetness of kuih melayu [8]...Kuih Keria or Malaysian sweet potato doughnuts 

 

This kuih made from sweet potatoes coated with a layer of crystallized sugar...

ehhmm...I'm still searching for kuih taik itik. Help me please, where can I get one?

Salam...well, let me tell you this is not kuih melayu but I just love the combination...

The gorgeous banana with sexy syrup! gave a unique taste!

The sweetness of kuih melayu [7]...Banana and syrup...

You just need banana, pandan leaves and sugar...
Simple dish and it is not difficult to prepare, even monkey can do it! hehe...

Salam. Today's berbuka puasa slightly different.
No sweet sweet kuih, kencing manis nanti, it's a bit spicy this time! 
 How about kuih pulut panggang?

 The sweetness of kuih melayu [6]...Kuih pulut panggang. Tak sweet punnnn!

This traditional kuih melayu consists of spicy coconut dried shrimp filling rolled inside steamed glutinous rice, wrapped in banana leaves and BBQ!

I bought this kuih from Pasar Ramadhan at AU4, Keramat today. Sorry, I don't know the name...
It looks like kuih baulu; made from egg and syrup, pandan leaves and a bit of bunga cengkih...

For berbuka puasa today I went to Pasar Ramadhan at Ukay Perdana, Ulu Kelang... 

Do you know the names of these delicious kuih melayu? 

The texture?? ehmmm...smooth, sweet and tasty!

 

The sweetness of kuih melayu [4]...kuih lepat ubi kayu...

I think this traditional kuih recipe is same as kuih talam ubi kayu...

Made from ubi kayu, coconut milk, palm sugar, flour, wrap with banana leaves and steam!

Sangat sedap! The sugary sweets and butter smell of makcik Jijah's Almond London...
My neighbour, makcik Jijah already started her biz, Almond London with eight workers...

You will be able to smell her Almond London cookies baking for miles!

Menggentel sampai depan pintu apartment aku tuuu...Tak tahannn beb!

For berbuka puasa today, I had a plate of kuih badak berendam, 

RM1.00 for three cute badak! hehe...

The sweetness of kuih melayu [3]...kuih badak berendam, I call it kuih 'soaking green hippo'...

This traditional kuih melayu made of glutinous rice flour, sugar, and extra santan with daun pandan!

So sweettt and delicious!!!

This is one of my favorite kuih melayu...The sweetness of Kuih Akok!

Basically this kuih made of rice flour, eggs, sugar and coconut milk...lemak dan sedap!
