I just bought ADELE's 21 CD for RM41.90 today. What a great song by a great artist! Even if you are not a fan of ADELE’s...but I am!!! hehe... I recommend checking out her live performance in YOUTUBE, and seeing how she handles it. perghhh...awesome!

Good news to all MSMW2012 winners. The official date for bloggers awards night, Malaysia Social Media Week 2012 is finalised!! It is happening on the 16th of March 2012 at Putra World Trade Centre-PWTC.

So what to wear? I think smart is the answer!!! Shopping all day yesterday 'alone' and well I have finally chosen what to wear to the bloggers awards. Becoming something...definitely looks simple and smart! hehe

I decided to try my luck fishing in Kemensah, Ulu Kelang... 

I love freshwater fishing...

yeayyy! Goreng pun sodapp! hehe...

So I am looking forward to my next fishing trip somewhere in April at Tasik Kenyir together with my family...yeahh!!

hmmm...when my BMI calculator pointed to 'over fat' (even it's only an estimate), I decided it was the right time to change something. So, I am going back to gym today at CELEBRITY FITNESS, Wangsa Walk Mall.

  My goal is to get in shape...a 'V' shape! hahahaha. For that I am planning to squeeze half of my time at gym!

WORLD BLOGGERS 2012...happenings!!!

Wowww!! Today was an exciting day! I am happy to be part of the conference of Social Media Week 2012 @ PWTC. I must say it is the 'highlight' of my 2012 year! Sangat besttt wooo!!! It is worth attending this conference/gathering. I wish I had the chance to attend a conference like this next time!

Hi guys! What's for dinner?? I really craving for SUBWAY today! A great meal alternative, quick, healthy and easy for a single simple guy like me. haha...

Fast and healthy food-low-carb diet. 

  SUBWAY is a bit expensive? Yes! This is why I rarely eat at SUBWAY. So tips for you, when you buy a SUBWAY, eat half for lunch...and save the other half for dinner! hehe... 

I eat half Parmesan Oregano with Teriyaki Chicken for lunch...and save the other half for dinner! yeahh!

yeay! It's lunch time. This is the first time I tried ice lemon tea with fried noodles in mamak style at 

Kopi Club, Plaza Low Yat. This cafe is a place that you might consider to stop by. 

Thumbs up! Memang sedappp!

  

 Old style, but nice and clean. They served noodles like fried noodles in mamak style, curry mee,

 fried mee hoon and asam laksa.

 I ordered the mee goreng mamak and ice lemon tea...

OK sudah kenyang....Let's get back to work!!

Dearest my blog readers, I have been blogging for about 6 years-but  I'm still new in "dunia blogging". 

In 2007, I started what I called almost daily blogging...but I realized when I blogged everyday, I wasn't giving much value of my entry. So I changed my posting schedule slowly and slowly to twice a week now.

 eqbalzack.com never use writing 100% because my blog focused on the photos! 

It makes my blog for a more straight forward, intelligent and interesting to read...Less is better!
