Hari Raya Greeting Cards: Thank you, Readers...

Bismillah, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU guys!

Alhamdulillah, there has been slightly increase of Hari Raya cards that I have received this year. For me, when you receive a greeting card, it shows that someone took the effort to pick it out and write a message to you and it serves as a physical reminder of your relationship with the person...

Aidilfitri, there is nothing like family...

It is Hari Raya Aidilfitri again, a time for family reunions. Some may find it exciting but for others, the thought of having to answer probing questions about their lives could be nerve wracking. hehe..But no matter how nosy or over sensitive your family is, they are a part of you and you get to celebrate the joy of the auspicious day with them. And now here's my favorite *candid photograph that my niece, 'Adilah shot yesterday....

 Picture of me, tengah curi makan lemang kat dapur with my niece, Maymun-she makes a lot of noise in the house yesterday, and my sister with her Arab head Turban (you need specific skills to do that). hehe...

Alhamdulillah, all that I want for this raya is just a new pair of baju melayu. I just got my new baju melayu order with sampin from Lat's Collections today. ehmm...better late than never!

Dahlia, I believe we can call this a Malaysian cookies!

Assalamualaikum, Morning guys! Waahh dah nak raya...with all our muslim friends busy baking modern and traditional cookies for Hari Raya. I bought three types of cookies yesterday; Almond London, Biskut Dahlia and Biskut Mazola from Makcik Jijah's (my neighbour). All simply superb! Biskut Dalia Makcik Jijah's is my favourite of all...(ooppss Makcik Jijah's Almond London still is!). hehe...

Homemade cookies are so easy to make, and if you follow a few simple techniques or petua, they will always turn out fluffy and delicious. For Biskut Dahlia, it requires a bit of time, since you have to press the cookies one by one...

Lovely cute flower cookies. Red or green cherries can be placed on top of this cookies to dress it up a bit and give it more festive appearance...oo yeahh!

EqbalZack in KOSMO! and Berita Harian

Assalamualaikum, good morning guys. It is a nice experience to receive an SMS early in the morning (seawal 6 pagi tu...) from someone, informing me that my photo is in KOSMO! hehe...

Last month, I realized that there was a advertising about "Salam Perantauan" for Ramadhan/Syawal. Thus, while randomly select the best photos of me in Brisbane, I decided to used this picture 'boleh jual' and gave to KOSMO!  Alhamdulillah, it is in KOSMO! today, page 33. Check it out!
